We are a small business, all orders are made by request, therefore at this moment we do not accept refunds, cancellations or returns.

• Please make sure you email me first to confirm the Image you want is available to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com before you process an order that way we avoid having to cancel and refund because image is not available.  I want to make sure I'm able to create your custom item before you process your oder. 
• When sending us your email for your custom please be very specific on which image you need on the item.
• We will confirm with a reply email if the image you are asking for is available and we will also offer other options if you're interested.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order multiple Custom items with different pictures you need to be very specific in your email to avoid errors.
