SHIPPING 

Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake in the Shipping Address. Please make sure you write your Order Number in subject line and in the body of the email. Example: Order#000000 - wrong address - issue
This will help us identify the problem quicker. We would do anything in our hands to help you fix that issue.

 

If the shipping label was already created, and the package hasn't shipped yet (because of a customer error) you will be charged for the new shipping label as well. Once a shipping label is created and printed, we will be charged for the initial Shipping label + the new Shipping Address Label. Therefore, we will pass those charges on to the customer.
 

Please confirm your shipping information as necessary to avoid extra costs. If your package is returned to us because you entered the wrong address, we will contact you to the email provided at checkout & we will reship your items, however you will have to pay for shipping again. If you entered the wrong address and your package was lost, you will have to claim it with the carrier involved

 

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once package it's out of our hands and under carrier's care, we are not responsible for the carriers handling.  We want our customer to have the best experience ever,if something happens withyour order please email us right away in order to assist you better.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds, due to COVID19. If you receive a damaged item please contact us right away, please provide your Order number, detailed information of what happed to the product and submit a picture(s) of the damaged item(s) and we will do our best to help you with that.

  • How long is the processing time for my order?
    Most orders will be processed within 7 business days. However it can take up to 14 business days to be shipped, this will be on busier holidays depending on the demand. Please note business days are Monday to Friday, NOT including Federal Holidays and NOT including National Holidays. This means that I have up to 14 business days to make, package and mail your order. After 14 business days, if you haven't received a tracking number, please email us with your Order Number as Subject for the email. Please remember we are a small business company and we make sure all items are amazing before sending them to their forever homes.
  • What are considered business days?
    Please note business days are Monday to Friday It does NOT include Saturdays & Sundays It does NOT include Federal and or National Holidays.
  • Where's my order?
    If you have any questions after your package is in transit/shipped. In order to receive accurate information about your package, you need to contact UPS or USPS, depending which shipping method you picked at check out. Once the package leaves our hands the carrier is responsible to make sure it gets there.
  • Can I cancel my order? Exchanges? Refunds?
    All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations. Each order is made and processed on demand. We do not offer exchanges or refunds, due to COVID19.   • Do you provide a tracking number?
    Yes, we will provide a tracking number. When a shipping label is created you will receive an email with a tracking number. When the label is created after 4:45:00PM the package will be shipped out on the next business day. Please note USPS is Closed on Sundays and on Saturdays they Close at 12:00pm. If your order is packed on Friday night and you chose USPS as your carrier your package will be dropped off at the post office on Saturday otherwise package will be dropped off next business day (in this example Monday)
  • In which time zone are you located?
    We are located on East Central Time, please keep that in mind. Business hours will be based on our East Central Time.
