- Please make sure you email me to confirm the Image you want is available first to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com before you process an order that way we avoid having to cancel and refund because image is not available.
- When sending us your email for your custom please be very specific on which image you would like and which color lid you need.
- We will confirm with a reply email if the image you are asking for is available and we will also let you know if the Lid color you're looking for is available, if not we would offer other color options if you're interested.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order multiple Custom Cups with different pictures you need to be very specific in your email to avoid errors.
