However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately by email for quick assistance and please include your order number that way we can locate your order right away and assist you as best as possible. Our main priority is for our customers to be happy with their order.
     

  • How to order your custom Sorts Bottle

    • Please Choose 1 Sports Bottle per order IF the design will be different for each Sports bottle.
    • Make sure you save your Order number as you will need that number to email us the pictures you wish to print on your Sports Bottle.
    • Please make sure you email the picture/s you want printed on your Sports Bottle to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com
      . We can't use pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures are received and will inform you if they are ok to use,  we will also inform you if we need a higher resolution picture. Please allow at least 24hrs for our response.
    • When sending us your email for your custom Sports Bottle, please use the following format for faster response. Email to: karensinfulcreations@gmail.com *** Subject: Order No.0000000 - Custom Sports Bottle
    • We will confirm with a reply email if the photos submitted are good to use (High Resolution) or asking for a better resolution picture.
    • PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order multiple custom Sports Bottles with different pictures please process them individually, to avoid missunderstandings.

    IF you're ordering multiple Sports Bottles using "the same picture/s" Then you can order them in the same transaction.

    For example if you want 2 Sports Bottles with 2 different set of pictures. Please process each individual Sports Bottle separately as we will be using different set of pictures. This is to avoid missunderstandings.  Please make sure you understand this step to avoid confussion, thank you.

    Please remember: We can only use High Resolution pictures in order to be able to provide you amazing results.

    We can use up to 3 High Resolution Pictures per Sports Bottle. Please note we can't use any pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures were received, also we will add if they are ok to use, or if we need better resolution pictures, when your order is about to be processed.
    Please allow us at least 24 hours to respond after you send us an email, we may be working on some other orders, or we may be away fromt the computer at the moment. Your order is important to us and we will respond in due time. If you have any questions please add them to your email.
