We are a small business, all orders are made by request, therefore at this moment we do not accept refunds, cancellations or returns.

• Please Choose 1 mug per order.
• Make sure you save your Order number as you will need to email us the pictures you wish to print on your mug/s.
• Please make sure you email the picture/s you want printed on your mug to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com ( up to 3 High Resolution Pictures can be used per mug). We can't use pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry.  We will email you confirming that your pictures are received if they are ok to use, or if we need a higher resolution picture, once your order is about to be processed. Please allow some time for our response.
• When sending us your email for your custom mug, please use the following format for faster response. Email to: karensinfulcreations@gmail.com ***  Subject: Order No.0000000 - Custom all white15 mug
• We will confirm  with a reply email if the photos submitted are good to use or asking for a better resolution picture.
• If you wish to order multiple custom mugs with different pictures please process them individually, to avoid missunderstandings. 

You're ordering multiple mugs using the same picture/s. Then you can order them in the same transaction.

For example if you want 2 mugs with 2 different set of pictures.  Please process each individual mug separately as we will  be using different set of pictures.  This is to avoid missunderstandings.

Please remember: We can only use High Resolution pictures in order to be able to provide you amazing results.

We can use up to 3 High Resolution Pictures per mug. Please note we  can't use  any pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures were received, also we will add if they are ok to use, when your order is about to be processed.
Please allow us at least 24 hours , as time to respond,  we may be working on some other orders, or may be away fromt the computer at the moment you're email is sent to us. Your order is important to us and we will respond in due time.  If you have any questions please add them to your email.
